Has anyone heard any thing good about this game? I really enjoyed the first one and I am thinking about buying this one. Also If I pre order from game stop I get the special armor and heavy weapon where other places offer different things which would be best?

Yeah bioware seem to be adopting this idea of paying for extras via an online account or having extras via the purchase of the game at a certain time. I actually gave up playing this game halfway through coz I am not into fps gameplay that much. And the roleplay element in this game was poor I mean I couldn't seem to tweek the other characters stats, not sure why they just auto leveled. Also no matter which way i tweaked my character I still pretty much owned everything so the roleplay element of tweaking your stats didn't really matter.

I think I will hold out for another dragon age game. Still a lot of people loved this game so I am sure it will be a great hit.

I have read that they are suppose to fix some of those problems from the first one

As far as fusing the Shooter/RPG gamepay elements together, I think Mass Effect did quite well. The voice acting in Mass Effect was also, imho, the best I've seen in any game so far. Hiring a voice actor for the player character let you put a bit more personality into the character unlike dragon age where no matter what you responded with, the other characters seemed to overwhelm yours simply because they had the ability to talk. Giving the pep talk at the start of the game to boost morale was pretty epic.

Yeah i don't like that either, I prefer my character to have voice too.

I'd have to agree, not having a voice really belittles the character. Like in Halo ODST when you play as the "rookie." Then again, playing as a mute guy could change things up a little ^_^

Well I went ahead and pre ordered it and I will be picking it up @ midnight. So I will give a review asap.
BTW it may be a little biased because I loved the first one
